AcuityAds Announces Upcoming Retirement of Dave Andrews, Chief Financial Officer and the Appointment of Jonathan Pollack as its New Chief Financial Officer

AcuityAds Holdings Inc. (TSXV:AT) (“AcuityAds” or the “Company”), a technology leader that provides targeted digital media solutions by leveraging its proprietary AI technology to enable advertisers to connect intelligently with audiences across video, mobile, social and online display advertising campaigns, today announced the upcoming retirement of Chief Financial Officer, Dave Andrews and the appointment of Jonathan Pollack as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective May 9, 2018.

Mr. Andrews will assist in the transition through June 30, 2018 and continue as a strategic advisor to the Company thereafter.
Mr. Pollack joins AcuityAds from The JMP Group, a private investment and consulting firm. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of API Technologies Corp. and as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Kaboose Inc. He also worked in investment banking in New York. Mr. Pollack received a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
