Sheldon Pollack is founder and President of Ov2 Capital Inc.
Mr. Pollack is a serial entrepreneur – starting his first venture at the age of 16 and co-founded OnX Enterprise Solutions at the age of 21. OnX grew to become one of North America’s largest IT services company with revenues of approximately $1 Billion. In 2017, OnX was acquired by Cincinnati Bell.
Sheldon went on to become co-founder and Chairman of OverActive Media Group, a global esports organization and the owner of; The Toronto Defiant, Toronto Ultra and The MAD Lions. OverActive Media was recently ranked by Forbes Magazine as one of the world’s most valuable esports organizations.
Mr. Pollack remains an active private and public market investor in earlier stage technology companies. He currently serves as chairman of AcuityAds, chairman of OverActive Media and is a member of the board of Ov2 Investments 1 and Exelerate Capital.
Mr. Pollack serves on the board of Sunnybrook Hospital Foundation and in 2012, he founded AbilityGives.org, a charity dedicated to providing highly specialized equipment to children and young adults with special needs.

Mr. Igal Mayer is an accomplished executive in financial services for over 25 years. He is currently President and CEO of RATESDOTCA. Previously, Mr. Mayer held various positions at Aviva plc over 23 years, including main board Executive Director , CEO Aviva Europe, CEO Aviva North America, CEO Aviva UKGI and, CEO Aviva Canada. Prior to this Mr. Mayer was CFO at Canadian General Insurance where he led the management buyout and successful sale of the company with New York private equity specialist KKR as its sponsor. Mr. Mayer is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant and resides in Toronto Canada.

Ms. Donohue is an experienced public board director and chief executive officer with extensive expertise in global consumer marketing. Most recently, Ms. Donohue served as CEO of Publicis Spine, a data and technology start-up of Publicis Groupe, the 3rd largest global communications company. From 2016 to 2017, she was the Global Brand President at Starcom Worldwide, also a division of Publicis Groupe, and prior to that, she served as CEO of Starcom USA, a division of Starcom Worldwide, from 2009 to 2016. She has significant expertise in marketing and communications, data and analytics and strategic planning. She presently serves on the board of directors of NRG Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NRG) and previously served on the board of Synacor Inc. (NAS:SYNC), as well as serving on the board of two not-for-profit boards, She Runs It and Milton Academy, in both instances serving as Board President. Ms. Donohue holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior and Management and Business Economics from Brown University
Mr. Roger Dent is the chief executive officer of Quinsam Capital Corporation (CSE: QCA) and is a director of Quia Resources Inc. (TSXV: QIA). He is also a member of the advisory board of Energex Petroleum Inc. From 2003 to 2011, he held various positions including portfolio manager with Matrix Fund Management Inc., where he managed the Matrix Strategic Small Cap Fund and the Matrix Small Companies Fund. He was formerly vice-chairman of one of Canada’s largest independent investment dealers and was managing director and deputy manager of research at CIBC World Markets. He has an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a B. Comm. from Queen’s University.
In 2004, Mr. Tal Hayek founded an ad-tech company, a marketing platform focused on lead generation and customer acquisition. In 2006, it was sold to a public company. Staying on for two years, Mr. Hayek was a key contributor in helping the company’s revenue grow to $110 million in 2008. However, it was during his time at the helm that Mr. Hayek began to notice major inefficiencies in media buying. In 2009, Mr. Hayek shifted this value focus to digital advertising and Acuity was born.
Mr. Yishay Waxman is an entrepreneur, investor and start-up advisor. He has been in the mobile space for over 18 years, selling platforms and solutions to more than 350 operators worldwide. Most recently, he was the co-founder of Jumptap, Inc. (a widely recognized advertising network in mobile advertising), that was acquired in November 2013 by Millennial Media (NYSE: MM).
Former Executive Chairman and CEO of Magnetic, which was sold to Deloitte Digital. Current Board Member and active investor for Hyde Park Ventures. Corey Ferengul served as the Chief Executive Officer of Undertone Networks, Inc., at Perion Network and formerly served as the Chief Operating Officer of Undertone Networks, Inc. Previously, he served at Rovi Corporation in a number of roles as Executive Vice President of Product Management & Strategy and Executive Vice President of Product Management and Marketing.
