Most Viewed Video Ads: Guy Fieri and LeBron James Are Here!
October 07, 2019
New entrants to the Most Viewed Video Ads top 10 this week feature appearances from some of our favorite celebrities! Boston Dynamics continues to impress (and shock) with its new robot campaigns while Google claims the top 2 spots.
Take a look at the full list below:
Blaze Pizza
Meet Ron – LeBron James’ pizza-selling alter ego. In a sequel to LeBron’s 2016 video, the Lakers star shocked passers-by while trying to let them know about Blaze Pizza’s newest additions. People walking down the street couldn’t contain their excitement (except for one guy) and were eager to shake his hand and pose for selfies.
Uber Eats
Guy Fieri, Mayor of Flavortown, is the star of the newest Uber Eats campaign. The spot features a more refined, elegant, flute-playing Guy – a stretch from the loud, excitable Guy we all have come to know and love from Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. To top it all off, Guy released his debut albumwhich features him on flute.
Boston Dynamics
Boston Dynamics has another robot and this one is slightly less creepy. Meet, Spot. It can walk 3 miles per hour and has an average battery life of 90 minutes. Spot can also avoid collisions, walk over uneven ground and even get up after it falls. The robot is currently in mass production and early adopters of the dog-looking robot are using it to monitor construction sites and for inspection of gas, oil and power installations. We, for one, welcome our robot overlords.
